  • Have authorization to grant us API access to your TikTok account

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information

3. Service Description

3.1 Our Platform

CreatoRev.AI provides an AI-powered platform that:

  • Creates AI-generated video content ("doppelgänger videos") based on your TikTok persona
  • Generates product promotion videos for TikTok Shop affiliate marketing
  • Requires your explicit approval before posting content to your account
  • Tracks performance metrics and commission earnings

3.2 Beta Service Notice

CreatoRev.AI is currently in beta. Features, functionality, and pricing may change as we continue to develop and improve our platform. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to existing users.

4. Your Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Content Review and Approval

You agree to:

  • Review all AI-generated content before approving for publication
  • Ensure all approved content complies with TikTok's policies and applicable laws
  • Take full responsibility for content posted to your TikTok account
  • Not approve content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent or manipulate our commission tracking systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content and Likeness

By using our services, you grant CreatoRev.AI a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Access your TikTok content and profile data to train your AI model
  • Generate derivative works (AI videos) based on your likeness and style
  • Store and process your content as necessary to provide our services

You retain all ownership rights to your original content and likeness. We will not use your content for purposes other than providing our services without your explicit consent.

CreatoRev.AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in:

  • Our platform, software, algorithms, and AI models
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding
  • All proprietary technology and documentation

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.2 Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

6.3 Commission Structure

  • We earn a percentage commission on sales generated through your approved videos
  • Commission rates vary by subscription tier
  • Commissions are calculated after TikTok Shop processes the transaction
  • Your earnings are your net revenue after our commission

6.4 Payout Terms

  • Earnings are calculated and paid monthly
  • Minimum payout threshold may apply
  • Payments are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7.2 Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

CreatoRev.AI does NOT guarantee:

  • Specific earnings, revenue amounts, or financial results
  • Viral performance, engagement rates, or follower growth
  • Approval or compliance with TikTok's content policies
  • Availability or performance of TikTok Shop products
  • Continued access to TikTok's API or platform

8.2 Service "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatoRev.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • TikTok account suspensions, bans, or content removals
  • Third-party actions or failures (including TikTok)
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreatoRev.AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content posted to your TikTok account

10. Account Termination

10.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our policies
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay required fees
  • Violate TikTok's Terms of Service
  • Cause harm to our platform or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to our services will cease immediately
  • We will revoke API access to your TikTok account
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with TikTok and other third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes to their APIs, or their actions.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at our contact page to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. General Provisions
