This Policy explains how CreatoRev.AI collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, creator dashboards, TikTok Shop integrations, communications, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, messages, support requests, and other profile information.
TikTok information: account identifiers, username, avatar, authorization scopes and tokens, Shop status, products, videos, sales, commission, and performance data made available through TikTok.
Recruiting information: TikTok handle, public profile and follower information, lead-source details, qualification results, and outreach history.
Service activity: pages and features used, device and browser information, IP address, cookies, logs, errors, and security events.

2. How We Use Information

to identify and onboard creators;
to connect and maintain TikTok and TikTok Shop authorizations;
to research products, create and publish shoppable videos, and measure results;
to calculate and display operational, sales, and commission information;
to communicate about accounts, service updates, Partner Center requests, and support;
to prevent fraud, protect accounts, debug errors, and improve the service; and
to comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

TikTok and TikTok Shop when you authorize integrations or we publish and measure content;
infrastructure and operations providers that host our application, database, files, analytics, messaging, creator verification, and content workflows;
our staff and contractors who need the information to operate creator accounts and support the service;
professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or compliance purposes; and
a successor organization in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business.

We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Authorization Tokens and Security

TikTok authorization tokens are stored on server-side systems and used only for approved integrations. We use access controls and encryption in transit and take reasonable measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

5. Retention

We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain business and agreement records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain limited records after an account is closed where reasonably necessary for these purposes.

6. Your Choices

You may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok, request corrections, ask to close your account, or opt out of non-essential marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of personal information.

7. United States Service and Age

Our creator program is intended for United States creators age 18 or older. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will use a reasonable notice method such as email, an in-product message, or a notice on the service.
