Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms govern access to CreatoRev.AI's websites, dashboards, tools, and support services. Creators who join our managed TikTok Shop program also agree to the Creator Services & Revenue Share Agreement.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, provide accurate information, and be authorized to connect each TikTok account you submit. You are responsible for protecting your account and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. Service
We provide creator recruitment, TikTok Shop account integration, product research, video production and publishing, performance reporting, and related operational services. Features may vary by account, region, TikTok eligibility, and available API permissions. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
3. TikTok and Other Services
Our service depends on TikTok and other third-party providers. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. We do not control TikTok's availability, authorization decisions, algorithms, enforcement, commission calculations, settlement, or product eligibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law, TikTok rules, or another party's rights;
- submit false account, identity, product, or performance information;
- interfere with our systems, credentials, security controls, or commission records;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse our software, videos, data, or operational materials; or
- upload material you do not have permission to use.
5. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain rights in our platform, software, workflows, branding, and the videos and materials we create, subject to any specific license granted in the Creator Agreement. You retain rights in material you provide. Providing material gives us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide the service you requested.
6. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee posting volume, views, followers, sales, GMV, commissions, product availability, account eligibility, or continued access to TikTok APIs. Results depend on factors outside our control.
7. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for policy violations, security risk, fraud, misuse, loss of required authorization, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions concerning ownership, accrued obligations, limitations, and disputes survive where needed.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, TikTok actions, account restrictions, or third-party failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material updates, we will use a reasonable notice method such as email, an in-product message, or a notice on the service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. General
Delaware law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These Terms and any applicable Creator Agreement are the entire agreement about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
